Honey Baked White Nectarines

Ingredients
6 ripe but firm white nectarines, halved with seeds discarded
1 Tbsp butter
100 ml orange juice
100 ml fruity white wine
60 ml honey
1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
500 gm natural yoghurt
2-3 tsp orange blossom water
Method
Preheat oven to 180C.
Spread the butter on the bottom and sides of a large baking dish.
Place nectarines cut-side up in a single layer in the dish.
Drizzle orange juice, white wine, and honey over the tops of the nectarines. Add vanilla bean seeds and pod to the liquid.
Bake until tender and golden (15-20 minutes).
Sprinkle over orange-blossom water and serve warm or chilled with several dollops of yoghurt.
