The Pomegranate has also been shown to help reduce skin allergies such as eczema and reduce skin cancer rates in some people.

Studies have shown that the marker for prostate cancer PSA (prostate specific antigen) rises much slower in men that drink pomegranate juice daily, and therefore may slow the development of prostate cancer.
