What is the quality of the produce and grocery items?

All of the produce that is sold by is sourced directly from the Brisbane Produce Market. This means that the majority of our fresh fruit and vegetables make it from the farms to our retail stores within 24 hours.

The grocery items sold by our retail partners are sourced mostly from Australian companies that value freshness. 

You will love the taste and freshness of our items  and from your first bite or taste, you will understand the superior quality.

Where does produce come from?

Fruit and Vegetables are sourced primarily from Australian farmers mostly local Queensland growers. We have a personal relationship with many Australian farmers by visiting them on a regular basis.  Approximately 3% of produce is sourced internationally from countries like New Zealand.

All of our produce that is sourced internationally is labelled according to Australian Commonwealth Labelling standards. 




How is produce and grocery items packaged? produce is packaged in BuyFruit designed cardboard boxes.The boxes are made from cardboard that can be recycled in your normal recycling bins.



Pricing and Ordering

What are your cut-off times for placing orders?

Orders must be placed and paid prior to midnight for next business day delivery. No deliveries are made on public holidays and deliveries due on public holidays will occur the next business day.

There are slight variations within our delivery network due to multiple stores participating in the platform.

How can I place a regular order with

When you place your order you will be given the option to place the same order on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

What happens if I am not happy with my order?

If for any reason you are not happy with the product that you have purchased online, please contact our customer service team at 07 3054 5935 to discuss your options.

Where does deliver to? delivers to homes, workplaces, organisations, schools and aged care facilities within Brisbane, Greater Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Ipswich areas.

How secure is the site? uses a secure Internet connection using 128 BIT SSL encryption. This is one of the highest forms of online security that protects the data that you enter into the website.

All credit card transactions are processed in Australia through eWay and our bank National Australia Bank (NAB). does not store any credit card details.
