Bakers Delight White Bread – Sandwich Sliced

Serving Suggestion: Grilled tomato and mozzarella sandwiches are a fresh twist on the common grilled cheese. To make one sandwich, coat a thin tomato slice in grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Put a thin coating of olive oil on just one side each of two slices of White Bread. Put one slice of bread, oiled side down, in a heated frypan or sandwich maker. Place the Parmesan coated tomato on top of the bread and top with a thick slice of mozzarella cheese. Place the second slice of bread, oil side up, on top of the cheese. Fry the sandwich, turning over halfway through heating, until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
